REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Pet Illustrate, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every portrait is handcrafted by a real artist and goes through a personal approval process before it's ever printed or shipped.
Our Process
Before we print or ship anything, you will receive a digital preview of your portrait via email. You can request unlimited free revisions until you are completely happy with the result. We only proceed to print and ship once you give us your explicit approval.
Refunds Before Approval
If after receiving your digital preview and going through the revision process you are still not satisfied with the result, we will issue a full refund โ no questions asked. Your happiness matters more to us than the sale.
Refunds After Approval & Shipment
Because every portrait is a unique, custom-made product created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once you have approved the design and the item has been printed and shipped. This is standard practice for custom handmade goods.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your portrait arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at petillustrate@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
